SHIPPING POLICY: Unless otherwise arranged, ProTech Polymer Products, Ltd. will select the best shipping method. Contact us in the USA at 1-440-773-4189 to make special shipping arrangements.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: customer is directly responsible for all customs, duties, taxes and additional charges or fees associated with import shipping.

LIMITED WARRANTY: All products manufactured by ProTech Polymer Products, Ltd. are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 5 years from date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Any product found to be defective in material or workmanship must be returned within 30 days of defect discovery. ProTech Polymer Products, Ltd. will at our option replace the product or refund the product purchase price less shipping & handling, credit card processing fees, taxes, duties or other additional charges. Misuse, abuse or modification of any product voids all applicable warranties. Any product returned out of the warranty period will be subject to a 15% handling & restocking fee. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty either expressed or implied.ProTech Polymer Products, Ltd. will not be liable for any consequential, incidental or special damages resulting from use their of products.

PRODUCT WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE: Prior to returning any merchandise, call our toll free number within the USA at 1-877-777-3205 or internationally at +1-440-777-1286 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) tracking number. THE RAN MUST BE BOLDLY PRINTED ON THE RETURNING PACKAGE IN ORDER TO BE TRACKED. RETUNING MERCHANDISE must be received by ProTech Polymer Products, Ltd. within 30 days of the RAN being issued. Product returned to ProTech Polymer Products, Ltd. without a RAN can not be tracked and a credit or refund can not be issued.

A RESTOCKING FEE of 15% of invoiced TOTAL (including Shipping and handling) will be deducted to defray credit card processing fees, bank fees, handling and restocking costs.

PARCEL INSURANCE POLICY

NOTE: PARCEL INSURANCE IS NOT AUTOMATIC. YOU MUST ADD THIS ITEM TO YOUR SHOPPING CART AS A SEPARATE LINE ITEM.

You can insure your packages shipping to US addresses as well as most international destinations for up to $5,000. NOTE that the insurance company requires the customer --NOT THE SHIPPER (ProTech Polymer) to complete paperwork as well as collect and submit all of the materials required to file a claim. The following information comes directly from the company that we use to insure our parcel packages.

All PROTECH POLYMER PRODUCTS, LTD. postal parcel claims are handled by Universal Parcel Insurance Coverage (U-PIC). If you have any claims questions please contact U-PIC directly at EndiciaClaims@U-PIC.com or call 800-955-4623 option 4. Claims may be faxed to U-PIC at 818-332-5092 or mailed to U-PIC, 5703 Corsa Avenue - 2nd Floor, Thousand Oaks, CA 91362.

CLAIMS FORMS INSTRUCTIONS

Contact ProTech Polymer Products, Ltd. and request a postal parcel claim form. Please have the following information ready so that we can look-up the tracking information on the parcel:

• The ship to address - Make sure the ZIP CODE is included

• The ship date (NOTE: must be in the last 90 days)

• The e-mail address you would like the form sent to.

• We are required to provide you with a signed letter giving the details of the shipment.

We need to provide tracking information on the form then we will email the form to you and note your account of the issue. Fill out claim form completely, attach all paperwork and mail within 90 days from date of shipment.

For LOST parcels you must wait 21 days for domestic and 45 days for International. Lost claims for shipments sent to Italy require a 60 day wait before filing. Damage claims can be filed immediately. Staple to this form the following pieces of information:

1. A copy of the original invoice to the consignee or EBay end of auction as proof of value.

2. A signed letter from the consignee stating the following:

3. Date the package was mailed.

4. Invoice or auction number.

5. Description of shipment, (i.e. 4 Pier 1 wine glasses).

6. If loss, state parcel never received, if damage, state description of damage and if repairable.

7. Signature and date.

Freight charges are recoverable because we include the freight value in the declared insured value. Note that we charge an average fee for coverage rather than calculate exact charges. On overall average we loose money on the insurance premiums by overpaying the insurance premium. We occasionally have problems with the postal service losing packages, damaging packages or delivering the literature and no product. We can not be held responsible for parcel issues caused by the US Postal Service and unfortunately the US government can not be held responsible either. The only option is insuring the parcel. We gladly offer parcel insurance for the peace of mind of our customers.

If the claim is for damage, you are required to hold onto the damaged property until the claim has reached a resolution. Failure to do so will result in denial of the claim.
